I had an emergency appointment this morning and was extremely pleased with the way the staff handled my case. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and reassuring. The optician was excellent – they took the time to explain everything clearly about my eye condition and carried out several thorough checks. I had been quite worried after experiencing a burst blood vessel in my left eye, but the optician reassured me that everything was fine and that there was no cause for concern. What a great experience at Moores Opticians Walsall We were panicking to get glasses for our daughter for school and a friend recommended Moores Opticians,  all the ladies were really helpful and gave us great service and choice.
